Sizing

How do I choose the correct size?  Sizing charts are included in all product descriptions where size selection is required.

Orders and Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?  We currently accept American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Master Card, PayPal, Venmo and Visa.

How do I know that my order was accepted?  An email notification listing your order status will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

How are your discounts applied?  We periodically offer discounts to our customers. If a discount is applied, tax will be applied to the discounted rate.

Product Care

How do I clean my products?  First, check the product label for product specific instructions. Alternatively, see below.

T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies        

  • Machine wash cold with like colors, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
  • Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
  • Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron any printed material.
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.

    Hats

    • Gently hand wash in lukewarm water with a mild detergent in order to maintain the shape and quality of the design and/or embroidery.

    Mugs

    • Hand wash in warm sudsy water. Allow to air dry.

      Bags/Totes

      • Backpacks should be hand washed with cold water and a mild detergent. 
      • Totes can be hand or machine-washed inside out with cold water on a low cycle and mild detergent.  
      • Tumble dry on low heat.
      • Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean.

      Pillows

      • Remove the pillow case and hand or machine wash it in cold water and mild detergent.
      • The pillow case can be tumble-dried on low heat.
      • Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean.
      • The pillow insert should be hand washed only.

      Wall Art

      •  Posters and canvas should not be hung in direct sunlight or outdoors. They should be gently dusted with a feather duster or soft/dry cloth.
